What Makes Us Different
With over 20 years of combined experience, we offer something different. Our 800-acre training facility gives dogs the space and variety they need to learn in real-world environments—not just inside a building.
We train full-time, and dogs are cared for around the clock. This isn’t part-time training or occasional sessions. It’s consistent, structured work every day.
Our approach is straightforward—we set a higher standard for obedience and focus on results that actually hold up in everyday life. We’re not here to teach tricks for treats. We’re here to build reliable dogs and give you tools you can use long after training is done.
We don’t believe in quick, two-week fixes. Our programs are designed to build strong foundations and habits that last, so your dog listens at home, in public, and around real distractions.
Our Story
Karlee and Dallon have built their lives around training animals, bringing decades of combined experience to their work.
Karlee grew up in a family rooted in training both horses and dogs, which gave her a strong foundation early on. Over time, and through working alongside other professional trainers, she developed a practical, straightforward approach focused on building reliable obedience and real connection between dog and handler. Much of her early work involved training dogs for a commercial breeding program, giving her extensive experience with behavior, structure, and consistency.
Dallon’s ability with dogs became clear early on. His interest in gun dogs started when he bought and trained his first dog as a young boy. After graduating high school and managing a powder coating company, he went on to work under a professional trainer in California, where he was training up to 25 dogs a day. That level of repetition and hands-on experience is something most trainers never get. Since then, he has continued to refine his program, focusing heavily on gun dog training. He has produced consistently strong, reliable dogs with high pass rates in hunt tests across the western states and is widely known for developing dogs that perform both in training and in the field.
Together, Karlee and Dallon focus on keeping training simple, clear, and effective. Their goal is to build dogs that are confident, responsive, and easy to live with—not just during training, but long after they go home.
While they don’t offer horse training services to the public, horses remain a big part of their lives. They continue to buy, train, and develop horses on their own, carrying the same standards and discipline across everything they do.
